Corporate policy
Quality | Energy and Environment | Code of Conduct
Rauschert, a globally leading manufacturer of technical ceramics, plastic components, and functional assemblies, has defined the fulfilment of customer requirements and customer satisfaction as its highest quality objectives. Immediately after the safety of our employees, the quality of our products and processes holds the top priority.
All employees are responsible for complying with legal safety regulations, the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 14001 (environment), as well as our Code of Conduct. Certificates covering the relevant scope can be found below.
To prevent future errors, our goal is to identify and eliminate quality issues directly at their source. For this reason, we systematically document, analyse, and improve our processes. Through this approach, we drive our “continuous improvement process” every day.
In the interest of protecting the environment and conserving resources, we handle materials and energy economically and responsibly. Waste is minimised, collected separately, and recycled whenever possible. Exhaust gases from production processes are thermally treated and filtered before being released. All production processes are systematically optimised with regard to safety and energy efficiency. All employees receive training to ensure environmentally responsible and resource‑conscious behaviour.
Already during the design phase of our products, future energy consumption is taken into account. Rauschert is both a manufacturer and a service provider for specialised environmentally friendly products, such as energy‑efficient pellet igniters, solar systems, filtration units, and more.
Quality
Quality has the highest priority, because consistently meeting the highest quality standards provides significant value to our customers and is a prerequisite for lean and efficient production.
Striving for zero defects – Despite demanding manufacturing processes, we aim for zero defects. Even the slightest quality deviation in our products is unacceptable.
Quality is “produced”, not “tested” – Quality issues must be identified and eliminated directly at their point of origin.
Producing quality is the responsibility of every employee – Each employee is committed to ensuring the quality of products and processes and to continuously improving them, even beyond their direct area of responsibility.
Quality is the result of a continuous improvement process – Stagnation equals regression. Only those who continuously improve can meet market requirements and maintain or expand their market position.
Energy and the Environment
Efficient use of energy – All product development processes, including the development of new products, are continuously optimised or modernised—where economically feasible—to achieve the lowest possible energy consumption. Continuous improvement of energy efficiency is an important obligation for us.
Recycling and waste prevention – Production waste is reprocessed whenever technologically possible.
Air pollution control – Thermal production processes are equipped in accordance with legal regulations. These systems ensure that pollutant levels remain within the statutory limits for exhaust air volumes.
Energy conservation is the responsibility of every employee – Every responsible person, as well as each individual employee, must take these aspects into account when making decisions and in their daily activities, acting in an environmentally responsible and resource‑conscious manner.
Code of Conduct
Social responsibility – We comply with internationally applicable regulations for the protection of human rights. This applies in particular to ensuring fair working conditions. Our employees are entitled to the legally required minimum wage. In addition, the agreed weekly working hours must not be exceeded. We strictly observe occupational health and safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses.
Business relations – Our business relationships are established and maintained strictly on the basis of objective criteria and must not be influenced by personal interests or relationships. Bribery is illegal and will not be tolerated. This applies not only to us, but also to our suppliers.
Trade secrets – Personal data is collected, processed, or used only when legally permissible and objectively necessary. Confidential information must not be disclosed without authorisation, either within the company or externally. Business and manufacturing secrets, industrial property rights, and patents must not be violated. We respect the rights of third parties and the protection of intellectual property.
